ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These terms and conditions ("Terms") are the terms on which Baronessa sells the Products to customers. Please read these Terms carefully before ordering Products on www.baronessa.com.

These Terms can be changed from time to time where it is necessary for Baronessa brand to do so for legal or regulatory reasons.

THE ORDER PROCESS DETAILS

For each Baronessa Product offered for sale on the Website, a picture of such Product will be displayed on the Website with the price, the color variants and available sizes. Pictures of Products are provided purely to illustrate the Product and colors can contain unintended graphical variations that may be impacted by technical peculiar properties of your computer screen or monitor.

To purchase a Product, customer should select the Product(s) of interest and the color.
The Product(s) selected for purchase will be added to the shopping cart. To submit the order, customer will be required to provide personal information, including an email, shipping and billing address and the payment details. Before submitting the order, customers are invited to carefully review details of each Product, the details of the shipping costs applicable to the order, the conditions to exercise the Right of Return and the Privacy Policy.

After the submission of the Order, Baronessa will send an email to the address entered during the purchase procedure to confirm that Baronessa has received the order and is processing it. Customers will be able to access their orders at any time through the “My Account” section on the Website or by contacting Baronessa Client Service by e-mail at info@baronessa.com. The order will be accepted by Baronessa. Baronessa will send an email that confirms that the order has been accepted and the Product(s) has been shipped.
A paper invoice will be included with the Product.

When you place an Order on the Website, you will have the option to create an account (“Account”).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password and are responsible for all activities that are carried out under them. Baronessa will not be responsible for losses suffered by you where your password is used by someone else. Use of the Website and its Content grants you no rights in relation to the intellectual property on the Website. You may not copy, reproduce, duplicate, modify, edit, republish, download, post, broadcast, sell, or distribute any part of the Site or its Content without Baronessa prior written consent.

BARONESSA USER ACCOUNTS

Using certain features on the Website will require creating an account and submitting personal information. The Website’s information collection and use policies are set forth in our Privacy Policy. You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details (including any passwords), and you accept all responsibility for any and all information and all activities that occur under your account.

ORDERS

You may order products from a Baronessa Website only if you are 18 years old or older.

To place an order, you have to have a customer account on www.baronessa.com. After placing an order, having carefully read, understood and accepted the present Terms and Baronessa’s Privacy Policy, you will receive a confirmation letter to the given e-mail address.

DELIVERY

Baronessa may use third party companies for Order Reference and delivery notification purposes. These third parties may require an address and phone number as part of the order and delivery process.

Standard shipping includes delivery within 14 business days. Standard shipping cost 50€ per order. We offer free shipping for orders over 1000€.

Baronessa is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. Please note international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities and an order may be subject to import duties and taxes. It is your responsibility to pay for these duties and taxes.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

You have a legal right to cancel an order during the period set out below. If during this relevant period you do not want to keep a product for any reason, you can notify us of your decision to cancel the order and receive a refund.

This right to cancel an order does not apply in the case of products which have been made to your specification or are personalized.

You have the right to cancel your order, providing us with a written notice detailing the cancellation reasons within 1 working day after the order has been placed. You have the right to return your order within 5 days after receiving it only if the product has a manufacturing defect or is faulty. In this case, your item will be fixed or replaced. Returns must be pre-approved and received back at Baronessa office within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. Items must show no signs of wear with all original packaging, garment tags and labels still attached. You will receive a replacement of the defected or faulty product within 30 days after receiving back the returned item.

You are responsible for the cost of sending the Item back to us if you cancel your order or if the package has been restored several times after an unsuccessful delivery (due to you are absent or you provided a delivery address incorrect or incomplete). To cancel your order, please send an email to the email address mentioned in the "Contacts" section on Baronessa Website.
